By creating a Vouch account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Vouch is a membership-based marketplace connecting background-checked individuals for short-term access to spaces, services, products, and experiences.
Vouch membership costs $19.99 per year. All members must pass a background check (criminal history and sex offender registry) before accessing platform features. Membership may be revoked if you violate these terms or fail verification.
Vouch charges a 1.9% service fee to both the buyer and seller on each transaction. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and dispute resolution. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
Members may list spaces, services, products, or experiences for other Vouched In members. All listings must accurately represent what is offered. Transactions are facilitated through Stripe Connect. Vouch is not a party to transactions between members but provides the platform and payment infrastructure.
Members must behave respectfully, honestly, and lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, discrimination, listing illegal items or services, creating fake reviews, and circumventing platform fees. Violations result in account suspension or termination.
Members may leave reviews after completed transactions. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. Vouch reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Fraudulent reviews may result in account termination.
Cancellation policies are set by individual members for their listings. Membership fees are non-refundable after the background check has been initiated. Disputes between members should first be resolved through direct messaging; Vouch may mediate if necessary.
Vouch provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listings, the truth of member profiles, or the ability of members to complete transactions. Members use the platform at their own risk.
